Scope:

  • Pre-launch DOOH advertising, including copywriting and visual design editing/approval.
  • Coordinated boosted social media posts on Meta, communicating visuals, copy, and scheduling to SEO/advertising partners.

Social Media Growth & Content Strategy | Common Desk

Role: Social Media Strategist & Content Manager

Campaign Result:
Grew social media following by 23.6% (9,313 → 11,516) in 10 months (April 2025–January 2026) by developing and executing a cohesive, insight-led content strategy.

Scope:
Led end-to-end social media execution across Meta and LinkedIn, including content planning, copywriting, and publishing. Directed content strategy by identifying trends, generating concepts, and determining posting cadence. Collaborated with a cross-functional team of internal ambassadors to source video content, provided shot direction, and edited short-form video using collected b-roll. Wrote all on-brand copy and optimized performance based on audience insights.

Ongoing:
Continuing to scale the account with a goal of reaching 15,000 followers by end of year through expanded video content and ambassador-driven storytelling.

Produced a visually engaging landing page featuring 90–120 second member testimonial videos, highlighting business growth stories and elevating Common Desk’s brand storytelling.

  • Scouted members and coordinated schedules for filming sessions.
  • Managed logistics with the videographer to ensure timely content capture.
  • Edited assets for the landing page, including video thumbnails, copy for descriptions, and CTAs.
  • Wrote all landing page copy, including headlines, body text, and persuasive calls-to-action.
  • Posted and promoted the landing page across social channels.
  • Collaborated with SEO/ad partners to schedule boosted campaigns for the page.

Ongoing:
The page continues to serve as a marketing and engagement asset for prospective members, with plans for regular updates as new testimonials are added.
